Installation Support

Our hardware is designed to be easy to install and commission. In most cases, we expect you won't need to call us.

To ensure a smooth installation experience, before going to site:

Set up your site's Digital Twin (instructions)
Associate a DAS with the site (instructions)
Provide Wattch platform access to your on-site techs (instructions)

Technician is on-site

Email or text these details to support:

Site details including the name of the site, the company you are representing, and device models and serial numbers
Closeout photo of DAS showing all connections and devices within the DAS, including serial numbers
Description of LED indicator light patterns showing on the Wattch Edge Controller and modem

Wattch will respond with a phone call within 5-10 minutes.

Remote support

If you are not currently onsite and have installation or commissioning questions that are not answered in our documentation, reach out to us via email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Troubleshooting and General Questions

Technician is on-site

Email or text pictures that clearly show the wiring and serial numbers of the equipment being serviced. Wattch will respond with a phone call within 5-10 minutes.
